American Music Conference - A national non-profit educational association dedicated to promoting the importance of music, music-making and music education to the general public

American Music Therapy Organization - An organization dedicated to advancing public awareness of the benefits of music therapy and increasing access to quality music therapy services in a rapidly changing world.

American Orff-Schulwerk Association - A professional organization of music and movement educators dedicated to the creative teaching approach developed by Carl Orff and Gunild Keetman.

MENC: The National Association for Music Educators - Dedicated to advancing music education by encouraging the study and making of music by all.  Founded in 1907 with 64 members, today's membership has grown to nearly 90,000 including active music teachers, university faculty and researchers, college students preparing to be teachers, high school honor society members and MusicFriends.

M.U.S.I.C. (Musicians United for Songs In the Classroom) - A non-profit organization promoting the interdisciplinary use of popular music in education.

Music Teachers National Association - The oldest professional non-profit music teachers association in the United States.  Committed to advancing the value of music study and music making to society and to supporting the professionalism of music teachers.  Comprised of 24,000 independent and collegiate music teachers of all instruments including voice. 

Texas Bandmasters Association - The largest state band directors association in the world.  The Texas Bandmasters Association has worked diligently over the past 55 years to further the cause of instrumental music education in the communities throughout the Lone Star State.

Texas Music Educators Association - An organization of over 8,000 school music educators united by common goals to promote excellence in music education.
